Return Process

Log into your Zima account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware within 3-5 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method.
